Field Blend 2023 – followed the old trustful blend (since 2021) of two vineyards, one in Canalejas de Peñafiel named Gallinero Benito, and one in Baños de Valdearados, farmed organically from Los Hermanos. Predominantly Tinto Fino and Valenciano (with a small amount of Garnacha) from reds, and Albillo Mayor, Pirulés and Alarije from whites. The blend had overall about 35% of whole bunch fermentation, and the rest 65% was hand-destemmed to preserve the whole berries. After pressing the wine was racked into 500L Francois Freres puncheons, spending 16 months without racking up until the preparation for bottling. 2000 bottles were made. 93 points
