Albillo Los Prados 2023 – coming from one of Bendito Destino’s two single variety planted plots (the other one being a Garnacha in La Ermita, everything else is a field blend), and with only one barrel made. The grapes were foot trodden, basket pressed, and the juice was left to settle overnight before racking and fermenting in a 228L Francois Freres Rare barrique. Elevage lasted for 16 months, without racking or batonnage. 280 bottles made. 95 points
