Located in Chamery, in the heart of the Marne, the estate spans 2.5 hectares across six separate vineyard parcels, planted equally to Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. Alongside his work as a winemaker, Thomas is also a committed farmer, cultivating around 60 hectares of cereal crops.
The estate was founded by Thomas’s grandfather, originally producing Champagne for a cooperative. A new chapter began in the 1960s when the Perseval family reduced livestock farming and expanded the vineyard with new plantings. In 1986, Thomas’s father left the cooperative to establish an independent domaine and produce estate-bottled Champagne.
Thomas was immersed in viticulture from an early age and trained at Domaine de Saint-Romain in Burgundy, where he embraced organic farming principles. He took over the family estate in 2005, gradually introducing biodynamic practices, which were fully implemented by 2013. Today, the domaine produces certified organic Champagnes of elegance and precision, marked by refined structure and a distinctive saline character that appeals strongly to discerning Champagne lovers.
