Rosé d’Assemblage is a vibrant, characterful Champagne from the Petite Montagne de Reims, built around 90% Meunier and 10% Pinot Noir. The fruit is predominantly from the 2022 vintage and spends 11 months ageing on its lees in barrel, adding texture and depth while retaining plenty of freshness.
The nose is expressive and inviting, with fresh raspberry, blood orange and a subtle touch of white pepper. Bright and energetic on the palate, with fine bubbles, juicy red-fruit character and a savoury finish. Bottled Extra-Brut, it strikes a lovely balance between freshness, texture and fruit. A deliciously vibrant and versatile rosé Champagne.
