Pinot Noir & Pinot Meunier co-planted in 1965, from Les Mesneux at the foot of the Montagne de Reims. The vineyard faces southeast, with silt over chalk on the lower slopes and clay over sand higher up. The vines are certified organic and have been farmed biodynamically since 2021. Fermentation takes place naturally with ambient yeasts, including malolactic fermentation, with no added SO₂. The wine is aged for seven months in used foudre and barrels, then bottled unfined and unfiltered.
