A Loire Valley pet-nat made this year only with directly-pressed Pineau d’Aunis. (Sometimes it is a blend of Chenin Blanc and Pineau d’aunis.) It’s a négoce cuvée, with the grapes coming from a vineyard in Touraine from where Jean-Pierre sources grapes every year.
