This 100% Sangiovese from the Bacchereto estate in Carmignano is grown on east and south-south-east facing vineyards at 250–300 metres above sea level. Hand-harvested in early October and fermented traditionally in concrete without added yeasts, fining, or filtration, it is aged for 12 months in seasoned Allier oak.
In the glass, it shows a bright ruby colour. The nose is clean and expressive, offering fresh red fruit with clarity and lift. On the palate, it is dry, juicy, and vibrant, with a refreshing, straightforward style and gentle structure. An easy-drinking yet honest expression of Sangiovese, well suited to everyday meals and casual dining.

Created to offer a more approachable, everyday expression of the estate’s Sangiovese, this wine is made with the same care as the top cuvées: low yields, hand harvesting, and no additives in either vineyard or cellar. Fermented traditionally in concrete and aged briefly in seasoned oak before resting in cement or steel, it is bottled young to preserve freshness and drinkability.
Bright ruby in colour, the nose is clean and fruit-driven, with lively red berry aromas. The palate is dry, juicy, and fresh, showing light structure, gentle grip, and vibrant acidity. Easy to enjoy yet thoughtfully made, this is a versatile, food-friendly red with clarity, balance, and charm. Limited production of around 3,000 bottles annually.
