Blend of 80% Pinot Meunier, 20% Chardonnay from vintage 2019 about 85%.
From vineyards rooted in the Vincelles terroir, this cuvée is composed of parcels bordering the estate’s organically farmed plots — a thoughtful approach designed to protect the purity of their certified vines. The clay-limestone soils of the Marne Valley and southern to southwestern exposure lend both freshness and depth to the wine.
The vines, averaging 35 years of age, are cultivated according to organic principles (not certified) and harvested by hand. Vinification is entirely traditional — fermented in stainless steel vats with native yeasts, undergoing full malolactic fermentation, with no fining or filtration.
Bottled in March 2020, the wine rested for 30 months on its lees, then disgorged in September 2022 with an extra-brut dosage.
A limited production of just 1,200 bottles, this Champagne captures the finesse and minerality that define the Marne Valley’s finest terroirs.
