Produced in the Écueil winery, Champagne, this Blanc de Noirs Champagne is made from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Premier Cru villages of Écueil, Villers-Aux-Nœuds, and Sacy, on chalky, limestone soils. The winemaking process involves spontaneous fermentation in unfilled oak barrels, with bâtonnage every three days, and aging for 11 months in barriques, without malolactic fermentation. The wine has a bright golden yellow color and offers complex aromas of ripe fruit, white flowers, and toasted notes. On the palate, it is elegant, creamy, and persistent, representing a refined expression of Pinot Noir in Champagne.
