NV Emmanuel Brochet Champagne Rosé d’assemblage Extra Brut

$275.00

Emmanuel Brochet’s rosé Champagne is produced from grapes sourced from his neighbour Olivier Langlais of Solemme, drawn from old-vine, organically grown Meunier in the La Motelle vineyard in their home village of Villers-aux-Nœuds. The fruit undergoes a 24-hour maceration before fermentation and élevage in barrel, where the wine rests for 11 months.

Powerful, expressive and layered — ripe raspberries and strawberries with cream lead, followed by notes of butter, a touch of liquorice, and finishing with fresh blueberries. Bright, precise and very dry. Vibrant flavours of raspberries, strawberries and red apple skin unfold first, with blueberries emerging gradually through the finish.
