Blend of 80% Pinot Meunier, 20% Chardonnay from vintage 2020 about 78%.
Sourced from vineyards in Vincelles, this cuvée is crafted from a careful blend of vines along the edges of organically farmed plots, designed to protect the integrity of the estate’s certified parcels. The clay-limestone soils typical of the Marne Valley and south to southwest exposure give the wine both texture and ripeness.
The vines, averaging 35 years of age, are farmed according to organic principles (though not certified) and harvested entirely by hand. Fermentation occurs naturally in stainless steel vats with indigenous yeasts, undergoing full malolactic fermentation without filtration or fining.
Bottled in March 2021, the wine spent 30 months ageing on its lees before disgorgement in December 2023, finished with an extra-brut dosage.
Only 1,500 bottles produced — a pure, precise expression of Vincelles terroir.
