This sparkling Crémant is crafted exclusively from Chardonnay sourced from organically farmed vineyards and harvested entirely by hand. Following direct pressing, the wine is aged on its lees for 24 months before bottling for the secondary fermentation, allowing the prise de mousse to occur naturally in the bottle.
The bottles are then matured on racks for a further 24 months, developing additional complexity, texture, and finesse.
Produced as a Brut Nature with zero dosage, this sparkling wine offers remarkable purity, precision, and freshness, allowing the character of the Chardonnay and its terroir to shine through with clarity and elegance.
