The cuvée Humeur du Temps is usually a blend of four different parcels of Chablis in the commune of Courgis, where Alice and Olivier live. In 2024 though it is a blend of everything they could harvest from all the Chablis plots so includes Bel Air, Clardy, Coteau de Rosette and what little could be saved from the 1er Cru vines.
