El Olmar 2023 – is the most Garnacha influenced wine of Bendito Destino, planted in 1904 in La Ermita of Canalejas de Peñafiel. Sourced from two plots, which are almost always the first harvested as they face East, El Olmar had 45% whole cluster in the ferment and it was harvested over three different days, topping the ferment up each time in a concrete egg. As always fermented with indigenous yeasts, it spent 21 days on the skins, before pressed into two 225L (Bordeaux) Taransaud barrels, where is spent 16 months before bottling in January 2025. 569 bottles made. 95 points
