Single-vineyard Champagne from Le Hazat in Chamery (Premier Cru), made from 100% Pinot Noir. Farmed organically with biodynamic practices. Fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, aged in old oak barrels before bottling, then matured on lees for over 30 months. Disgorged Brut Nature (0 g/L dosage) with minimal sulphur. Precise and saline, showing red apple, floral notes, gentle spice and chalky tension, with fine mousse and a long, mineral finish.
