Château des Tours, located just outside Châteauneuf-du-Pape in Sarrians, is the family estate of Emmanuel Reynaud, the acclaimed winemaker behind Château Rayas. True to the Rayas philosophy, the vineyards are organically farmed, manually plowed, and harvested late in the season to achieve optimal ripeness. The estate is devoted primarily to old-vine Grenache, expressing the grape’s depth and purity across several appellations. The Vacqueyras is typically a blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah, while the Côtes du Rhône combines 65% Grenache, 20% Syrah, and 15% Cinsault. Under the Domaine des Tours label, they also craft a Vin de Pays du Vaucluse—an expressive, Grenache-led blend that includes Cinsault, Counoise, Gods, Merlot, and Syrah.
