Crafted by the passionate father-son team Raphaël and Julien Di Tullio. The domaine, known for its meticulous approach, focuses on old-vine Chardonnay from Grand Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs. This cuvée comes from a single parcel, Le Bourg Sud, where 70-year-old Chardonnay vines grow on pure chalk soils, lending the wine remarkable tension and minerality. The 2021 vintage underwent fermentation with indigenous yeasts and was aged in oak barrels for added depth and texture. It was bottled without filtration and saw extended lees aging before being disgorged with minimal dosage to preserve its purity and energy.
