The Arbois Blanc “Château Renard” is made from 100% Chardonnay from vineyards in Vadans, Arbois, planted on grey marl and small limestone rocks. The wine is dry in style and shows the richness and freshness typical of Jura Chardonnay.
The nose opens with ripe stone fruit, buttery and almond notes, with citrus providing freshness and balance. The palate is vibrant and rounded, showing white peach, apricot and citrus, with a rich texture and a long, clean finish. Complex and expressive, with enough freshness to balance its generosity.
