A Fleur de Peau 2023 is a Chardonnay from Henri Chauvet, gently pressed to preserve freshness, purity and finesse. Grown in the volcanic soils of the Auvergne, the wine combines the freshness of the hills with the mineral character of basalt, while clay and marl bring texture and depth. The vinification is gentle and precise, resulting in a white that balances ripe fruit with bright acidity. Delicate, mineral and quietly complex, with a distinct sense of place and a unmistakable Auvergne character.
