Spain is arguably the most exciting wine region in Europe right now. Across the country, ancient vineyards, dramatic terroirs, and some of the highest-altitude plantings in Europe are producing wines of incredible character and energy. Spanish wine has never looked better.
To celebrate, Another Bottle is taking over one of Victoria’s best restaurants, The Surly Goat, for a special one-night-only dinner in Hepburn Springs.
The lineup will feature wines exclusively from the Another Bottle portfolio, showcasing some of the most exciting new projects coming out of Spain today. Expect the soulful old-vine field blends of Bendito Destino alongside the limestone-rich, high-altitude vineyards of Cantalapiedra Viticultores, producers crafting some of the finest expressions of Verdejo in the world.
Join me for an evening of exceptional wines, beautifully paired food, and a deep dive into modern Spanish wine.
This will be at The Surly Goat’s bar with wines by the glass and small Spanish plates available.
