Manseng blend, primarily Gros Manseng and Petit Manseng. Vinification and aging often happen in neutral vessels, such as steel tanks and old oak barrels. Offers a unique balance between rich, off-dry, tropical fruit sweetness and “ripping” natural acidity. It finishes long with notes of beeswax, stone fruit, and hints of tea-like flavors.
