Sourced from a steep, horse-ploughed plot of red marl, this is Benoit’s most delicate expression of Ploussard, offering a light colour and an incredibly delicate, fine palate with lacy red fruits and spice notes. At only 10.5% alcohol, the 2023 vintage is a tender, low-tannin wine defined by refreshing acidity and good complexity. Aged exclusively in tank.
