The Rosé of Cabernet is the final wine from their 2024 harvest, currently resting on lees in a mix of older 225L barrels and a 500L amphora. During this time it has gained beautiful layers of spice alongside its signature ripe stone-fruit character. The wine will soon be racked from these vessels and bottled in late July. As with the red wines, this is their most accomplished version of the wine to date, and they’re excited to share it in spring.
