100% Meunier (2022) from two parcels in Vincelles, both over 50 years old, planted on south-facing Eocene sand soils. Organically farmed and hand-harvested. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in equal parts 228L oak and stainless steel, without malolactic fermentation; filtered, not fined. Bottled April 2023, aged 12 months on lees, disgorged April 2024.

Delicate rosé with fine, elegant bubbles. Aromas of apricot, peach, citrus, rhubarb, and pomegranate, with hints of liquorice and almond. The palate is silky yet precise, showing stone fruit, citrus, subtle spice, and a chalky, mineral finish. Tense but joyful, complex and fresh despite zero dosage.
