100% Sangiovese, hand-harvested and softly whole-bunch pressed, with a short maceration followed by spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts; the wine is matured on fine lees for eight months in ceramic and concrete, naturally stabilised over winter, unfined and lightly filtered.
A direct-pressed Sangiovese rosé, fermented at low temperature to preserve freshness. Pale salmon-pink in colour, with an expressive nose of wild strawberry, pomegranate and rose petals. The palate is lively and refreshing, showing bright red fruits, raspberry, strawberry and sour cherry with layered subtle spicy edge of clove and black pepper, alongside savoury hints of dried herbs and tomato leaf. Crisp acidity and fine tension give a clean, dry, and highly food-friendly finish.
