The wine is a blended rosé, incorporating 22% old-vine red Meunier from the Sablonnière parcel. Vinification was carried out without filtration or fining, with natural malolactic fermentation. Bottled in April 2023 and aged 12 months on lees before disgorgement in April 2024. The wine is undosed (zero dosage).

Aromas of small red fruits on the nose, accompanied by notes of pomegranate. Bright, transparent ruby red with a lively, fine bead. The nose is expressive and layered, opening with black cherry, blackberry, blueberry and blackcurrant, followed by fig, subtle vanilla, oak spice, oyster shell and graphite. On the palate, juicy sweet-and-sour cherry and dark berry fruit lead, supported by cinnamon and vanilla, with a pronounced yet beautifully integrated woody note. Lively effervescence and fine, chalky tannins give structure and lift. Striking and unconventional, this is a substantial yet fresh and vibrant wine — powerful, textural and distinctive, yet carried by an elegant lightness.
