Join me for an unforgettable evening celebrating the magic of Burgundy, showcasing some of the region’s most iconic names from my private collection. This dinner is a unique opportunity to explore a curated selection of wines that span different styles, from natural expressions to classic benchmarks, offering a rich and varied perspective on this legendary region. Together, we will dive into both red and white Burgundies, examining their nuances, elegance, and terroir-driven brilliance in detail.

The wines will be thoughtfully paired with a multi-course menu from the iconic wine venue The Recreation in Fitzroy North. The whole point of the dinner is to engage in conversation about all things Burgundy. Styles have changed a lot over the years, but the quality is at an all-time high, Bourgogne are now of amazing value if you have a top producer.
