Conditions 

To purchase wine or any other alcohol from Another Bottle, you must be at least 18 years old, as required by Australian law.
 
By accepting these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are 18 years or older.
 
Placing an order indicates your acceptance of these Website Terms, which form a binding agreement between you and Another Bottle. These terms may be used interchangeably throughout the site.
Ordering 
 
Orders can be placed through our website, you will then be added to Another Bottle’s mailing list for future orders. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). 
You will receive an email confirmation upon placing your order and an invoice will be sent. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and provide a suitable replacement or refund option. 

Shipping

Deliveries are available across Australia, with shipping costs varying by each state.
If your location falls outside our standard delivery areas, please contact [email protected] to discuss possible arrangements.
Orders will be dispatched only after payment has been received. Please allow 4-7 business days for delivery, depending on your state. If you require alternative deliveries please contact [email protected] and we assist you as soon as we can.
 

Returns 

If a wine is corked, oxidized, or otherwise faulty, we will offer a replacement within 30 days of delivery. We require proof of purchase and a written explanation of the fault. Plus the bottle must be sent back with the majority of its contents.  
If a product arrives broken, leaking, or there is visible damage, we will offer a replacement or full refund if notified within 24 hours of the delivery time. 
Customers need to provide photos of the damaged goods and keep the original packaging for review.
On request of a return, the wine must be unopened and in resalable condition, but this will be only after requesting the return from Another Bottle. The freight cost will be covered by the customer and not Another Bottle. 

Updates to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, with changes taking effect immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our site signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
 

All bottles are shipping using a wine firendly chipping company.
