Multi-vintage Pinot Noir from Tianshui, Gansu Province. Compared with Ningxia’s Qingtong Valley, the water is colder, there is more rain, the acidity of the grapes is higher, and the alcohol content is much lower. The design of the label is inspired by the use of weights and serifs to express the style of the grapes. 21.1 is the softed and prettiest of the range, so it uses the lightest weight font.
