Les Vieux Clos comes from a 5.5 hectare vineyard with an eastern exposure, about 20 years old. Placed on soil made of schist, clay and sand, the vines were planted with massal selection. Fermentation is slow and spontaneous, while the refinement takes place in used oak barrels. A great Chenin Blanc.
